The Rockford Thunder of National Pro Fastpitch (NPF) will be holding its annual open tryouts on Saturday, May 3 and Sunday, May 4 at Sportscore One in Rockford. The two-day tryout will consists of timed runs, defense and offense, with the main focus of the camp being 3-4, seven-inning games. The cost of the tryout is $75 per participant and this cost helps offset team costs, such as player travel and umpires. Each registrant must be at least 21 years of age and have no college eligibility remaining.
