IMPORTANT CAMP INFORMATION

" Fee: $500 Overnight/$425 Commuters(non-refundable $100 deposit required w/registration)
The primary purpose of our Individual Camp is to provide a positive learning environment
to help each camper improve her overall fundamental skills and develop an increased enjoyment
for the game of basketball. Various competitions will be implemented throughout
the week. The camp will be divided by both
age and ability groups complemented by
matching instruction and competition.
Important Camp Facts
All Campers will receive the following:
Nike Camp T-Shirt
Camp Certificate of Participation
Once you are enrolled for a camp, a detailed
list of what to bring, time to arrive, medical
forms, balance due, etc. will be sent to you in
a timely fashion.
Instruction: Campers will be taught skills
and coached by the Scarlet Knights Womens
Basketball staff, and players and high
school/college basketball coaches.
Location: The center of all the basketball activities
featuring five full courts, takes place
in and around the Louis Brown Athletic Center
(RAC) located on the Livingston Campus
of Rutgers University.
Camp Store: A camp store will be open
throughout each camp. Apparel, sports
drinks and a variety of snacks will be sold.
Dorms/Dining Hall: Resident campers are
housed in modern residence halls, meals
are served in the University Dining Hall on
Livingston Campus. Camp and university
personnel supervise residence halls.
Please note: dorm rooms are not
air-conditioned.
Roommate Requests: The room accommodations
are 2 campers per room. We do our
best to honor roommate requests. Please
state your request clearly on your application.
If you do not have a request, assignments
are made by similar grade. Should
you have any problems during the camp you
are attending with housing, speak to our onsite
camp director immediately.
Key Deposit: Keys will be issued to all
overnight campers. A $75.00 key deposit
(cash or money order accepted, no personnel
checks) is due at registration and will be
refunded at checkout unless the key has
been lost.
Refunds/Cancellations: A $100.00 non-refundable
deposit is required with each application.
Your fee, less the non-refundable
deposit, will be refunded without question if
you cancel your enrollment provided the request
is made more than two weeks prior to
the start of the camp you are enrolled in.
Within two weeks of the start of the camp
you are enrolled in, no refunds (less the nonrefundable
deposit) will be made unless for
medical reasons and a physicians letter must
be provided upon request of a refund. After
the start of the camp you are enrolled in begins,
no refunds will be made.
Returned Checks: A $30.00 fee will be
charged for any returned check.
